You’ll find below a selection of my portraits. The pictures were taken in New Zealand, where I’m from, and in London, where I go to from time to time. The subjects are predominately artists, from painters to musicians, to actors.
You can see more of my black and white portrait work if you wish. I’ll leave it to you though. No pressure.
Other Photography Work
Modi Emmanuel crawled away from the South Sudan Civil War. If you don’t know about the conflict, please, please, please take a moment to learn about it by meeting some of the survivors.
I’m a wee bit fascinated by the ways that people react to live music. The reactions can be as captivating as the music itself.
Part of me did wonder if I might be able to sneak in. Pretend like I was one of the invited ones. Just like all the others.
Pictures of Artists
Taking black and white pictures of artists brings a lot of joy. Such a thrill to see them at work, on the stage at festivals or clubs, and wherever they are most creative.
If you’re looking for a wedding photographer in New Zealand, please don’t hesitate to give me a call or send me a message to discuss how I can help you (and yep, I do colour too). I’m based in Tauranga.
You’ve reached the end of the homepage. Real kind of you. Thanks.
